Paul Belin

Born in 1978 in the southeast of France, Paul embarked on his journey in the field of violin making. He achieved graduation with distinction from the Newark School of Violin Making in 2000. Following his formal education, he gained valuable experience by working in various workshops, including a notable 7-year collaboration with Stephan von Baehr. Together, they participated in the VSA competition and received recognition with both silver and gold awards.

In 2014, Paul and his wife, Swantje Hirschmann, established their residence near Frankfurt, Germany. While Swantje undertakes challenging restoration projects, Paul focuses his expertise on crafting new instruments.
