Eric Fournier

Bow Maker

Eric Fournier discovered violinmaking at the age of 11. He did his bowmaking apprenticeship during more than 10 years in several prestigious workshops in France and Europe.
He is now established in Montréal, Canada, sharing his workshop with Emmanuel Bégin.

Awards :

6 gold medals at the Violin Society of America Competitions (Hors Concours).
4 workmanship awards and a playability awards at the Darling International Bowmaking Competition.
Diploma of « Meilleur Ouvrier de France » (Best French Craftsmen)
