Shahram & Saeid Rezvani

Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, Shahram and Saeid shared a deep passion for music from a young age. After pursuing formal educations in the fields of math and art, they decided to pursue their passion and got involved in the craft of violin making.

Shahram first began studying instrument making in 1990 under the direction of a student of Etinne Vatelot’s in Iran. Wanting to learn the secrets of the craft, Saeid quickly followed suit. Since then, the Rezvani brothers have dedicated their lives to learning and mastering the art of instrument making and restoration under maestro Johann Rombach.

With over 30 years of experience between them, the Rezvani brothers have secured a successful reputation as master Luthiers. More then 500 of their masterpieces are owned by well renowned soloists and orchestral musicians all over the world who are members of music conservatories, professors in world renowned universities and performers in various philharmonic and symphony orchestras. Since early 2010, Rezvani violins has set up shop in the United States where they continue to produce the highest quality of hand crafted violins, violas, and cellos.
